1:1 Troubleshooting Sessions

We hold 1:1 sessions through your local senior centers or local library to  provide assistance with your portable technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. to troubleshoot your technology challenges. 

You can sign up to meet one-on-one, shoulder-to-shoulder with a technology specialist who will be happy to help and answer your questions. 

All of a sudden, does your phone camera take pictures in black & white mode only? Has your tablet microphone stopped working and it worked fine yesterday? 

Maybe you want to sync your tablet and your phone, perhaps you need to learn how to connect your computer to WiFi (i.e. connect to the internet), or maybe you want to learn how to send a text message to multiple people at the same time.
